When you're entitled to a refund, and how it works.
Most of our hosting products come with a money-back guarantee from the date of initial signup:
The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a given service. Renewals are not refundable under the money-back guarantee.

Most refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Domain registrations are non-refundable. Domain fees are paid to the registry on your behalf and cannot be recovered once a domain is registered. This applies even within a money-back guarantee period for bundled domain offers.
Dedicated servers involve hardware provisioning and dedicated facility allocation. As a result, dedicated servers are non-refundable once provisioned. We work hard to size servers correctly before purchase — if you're unsure, contact sales for a consultation.
Add-on services (extra storage, dedicated IPs, premium DNS, etc.) follow the same refund policy as the parent service. Bandwidth and resource overages are non-refundable.
If you don't want to renew a service, cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except in case of double-billing or system error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible:
If the original method is unavailable, we'll issue account credit applicable to future purchases.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing first so we can investigate. We commit to a fair resolution. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this policy occasionally. Changes apply to new purchases from the effective date — existing services retain the policy in effect at time of purchase.
